A New Journey for the Globalization of Korean Cuisine

The Korean Cultural Center Los Angeles (KCCLA), in partnership with CJ Foods(Bibigo), is excitied to host an exclusive K-Food workshop. This is more than just a class, it's an immersive journey into the heart of Korean flavors through hands-on activities, expert chef tips, and the stories behind the food.
Inspired by the hit K-Drama " Bon Appétit, Your Majesty (폭군의 셰프)", the session invites guests to discover the artistry and soul of Korean cuisine. From live chef demos to communal tastings, we're bringing K-culture to life in a fun and meaningful way.
A Delicious Journey led by world-renowned culinary experts, including former Michelin-starred chefs, this program offers authentic, high-quality instruction.
The featured menu includes Galbijjim (Korean braised beef short ribs in savory soy-based sauce), as well as Bibimbap (Korean mixed rice with vegetables and gochujang) and Doenjang-guk (Korean soybean paste soup).
