2026 K-Cinema Touring Comes to San Francisco for the First Time. This year, K-Cinema Touring makes its San Francisco debut, bringing acclaimed director Yim Soon-rye to two of the Bay Area’s leading cultural institutions, SFMOMA and BAMPFA. The program will feature screenings of Little Forest and Waikiki Brothers, followed by a Q&A with Director Yim, offering audiences an opportunity to experience the distinctive stories and perspectives of Korean cinema. In addition, join chef Park Ji-young for a special Korean cooking workshop inspired by the food featured in Little Forest. Through food and film, participants will have the chance to experience a taste of everyday Korean life and culture.
